The only issue I notice is towards the end to the farthest left. A few purple pixels seem to pop in for a visit.

What I like most about this is that it doesn't give away anything major about the story line of the comic at all; but it instead shows character interaction as well as personality. It helps future viewers to get a sense for the characters to come and develop that relationship in their mind and hearts/ attachment to the characters for when the comic comes to be. You gave movement to minor things such as lip twitching and her hair twitching as well; giving more personality to the character over all. Not to mention the animation is well done.
